Brian Clark has extensive expert witness testimony experience and has given testimony in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Federal Tax Court of Canada. Brian has served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators and was President of that organization in 1990/1991. He was the Partner in charge of business valuations, litigation services, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters for KPMG, for the Prairies, from 1982 - 1988. Brian has also served on the Board of Directors of several public companies in the oil and gas industry.
